Five Important Things for You to Know
It’s normal to be a little apprehensive about getting reviewed. These five points should help steady those nerves:
1. The great majority of ratings the site receives are positive.
2. We have strict Rating Rules. If you see a comment you don’t like, let us know and we’ll review it. If it violates our guidelines we’ll remove it.
3. We limit how many times a coach can be rated from a single user.
4. Have faith in your players. They’ll do the right thing. Check out some of the great comments players leave for their coaches.
5. No one expects perfection. Focus on improvement and you’ll be fine.
One Final Note
We believe that the majority of coaches are good people who do a good job. However, there are coaches who abuse their power and do very bad things. These coaches hurt the entire profession.
